"Dave So is an amazing realtor to work with. He was knowledgeable about the housing market, quick to respond to our many (sometimes inane) inquiries, and a great person to work with. One of the best qualities about Dave is that he always has the best interests of his clients in mind. His philosophy of future-proofing (finding a property that not only fit our needs now and in the future, but would also have great resale value down the road, should we decide to move) proves that he only wants the best for his clients. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we got the best experience with him, and best price for our property (both purchasing and selling). He asked insightful questions, took into consideration things that we hadn't even thought of, and was able to help us parse out what exactly we needed/wanted. We started the purchasing journey with a list of must-have criteria, which shifted and changed along the way thanks to Dave's guidance. As a result, we now have a home which looks quite different from our original list, but fits our needs better and is superior in many ways- we couldn't be happier. He also went above and beyond his role as a realtor, rolling up his sleeves and getting sweaty to help us move an oversized old couch out of our little condominium to prepare it for showing. Shen is also amazing. She has a keen eye for staging and gave us clear instructions about how to showcase our property. Dave and Shen provided the necessary furniture, linens and props to make it feel homey and attractive to prospective buyers. As a result of working with Dave and Shen, we have become close personal friends with their family, and we cherish their continual advice and support for questions we have related to home ownership, maintenance, renovations, etc. We highly recommend Dave and Shen as realtors- they make a great team and were invaluable in our journey of buying and selling."
