The Way We Live and the Way to Sell are Two Very Different Things.

When staging our clients’ properties, we’ve demonstrated that time and time again, staging provides significant value to a property.  Staging is a proven system of arranging furnishings to create a positive impact on the buyer from the moment they walk through the door. The purpose of staging is to sell the house as fast as possible at the best price possible. Research shows that prospective buyers make a decision about whether they are interested in a home within seconds. Statistically speaking, staged homes sell 50% faster and 17% higher.

How do we make your home stand out from all the others?

We are in the business of selling homes.  By applying our design and home staging expertise, we produce compelling visuals that make a property want to be visited. Potential home buyers need to be able to envision themselves living in the property where they will spend time with family and entertain friends. When buyers see the full potential of the home and the complete picture, they are put to ease enabling them to move to the next step to make . The result for our Sellers is a higher selling price and a faster sale.

Costs of staging. Some home sellers may pay for advice from professional stagers who charge an hourly fee. Other sellers and realtors choose to have professional stagers do all the work and arrange for all necessary furniture rental and decorating and repair services. Staging on this scale could range from $500 to over $25,000 depending on the size, condition, and asking price for the home and the time the property is on the market.

We provide our clients with a complete and detailed staging consultation in our fees. We also have a large inventory of staging pieces that we lend to our clients during the selling period. This saves our clients hundreds if not thousands of dollars in preparing their home for sale.    Take a look at some of the before and afters.
